Our craft

Three days of dough.
Ninety seconds in the oven.

We don't cut corners. The dough cold-ferments for 72 hours so the crust gets that airy, blistered chew you only find at a serious pizzeria. The sauce is hand-crushed from DiNapoli tomatoes — nothing else hits that bright, clean flavor. The cheese is fresh fior di latte, never the rubbery stuff.

Every pie is made to order, slid into a 900-degree stone-deck oven, and on a plate within ninety seconds. No heat lamps, no holding trays, no pre-cooked anything. Just hot pizza, served hot, the way it should be.
